Решение
Что где находится — there is / there are, у меня есть — I've got / We've got, этаж — порядковым числительным. Обрати внимание: в британском английском первый этаж — the ground floor, а второй — the first floor (по-американски first floor и second floor).

My name is Sasha. I'm from Russia. We've got a nice flat on the sixth floor (по русскому счёту — седьмой; AmE seventh floor) of a block of flats. There are three rooms in the flat. My favourite room is my bedroom. It's small. The walls are yellow. In the bedroom there's a sofa, an armchair, two chairs and a desk with a computer. The desk is next to the window. The sofa and the armchair are against the wall. They are orange. There's a big poster on the wall. It's my favourite famous film hero, Spider-Man. His name is Peter Parker. I've got a lot of books. They are in the bookcase in the hall.

There are beautiful paintings on the walls. There are big windows in the rooms. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first floor (AmE second floor). The kitchen is big. It's on the ground floor. In the kitchen there's a huge cooker, a fridge, a table and chairs. In front of the villa there's a beautiful small garden.
